In view of Section 19 of the Family Courts Act and in view of the decision of the Full Bench of Allahabad High Court in the case of Kiran Bala Srivastava Vs. Jai Prakash 2005 (23) LCD 1, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
