The appeal preferred by the New India Assurance Company Ltd. against the judgment and order of the Workman Compensation Commissioner dated 20.4.2009 has been finally decided by this court on 22.3.2016. So, the concerned Workman Compensation Commissioner is hereby directed to make compliance of the judgment of this court if the certified copy of the decision is submitted to him without waiting the remition of the LCR (if not received so far in his office from the office of the High Court).
Miscellaneous application (MCC No. 1362/2017) stands disposed of accordingly.
