Leave, to convert this Criminal Writ Petitioninto Criminal Application (ABA) for transit anticipatorybail under Section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code, isgranted and accordingly this matter be registered asCriminal Application (ABA) under Section 438 of theCriminal Procedure Code.

Having heard learned counsel for theapplicants and having gone through the allegations madein the F.I.R., I am of the view that the interim protectioncould be granted to the applicants by way of transitanticipatory bail in order to enable them to approachappropriate Court in the State of Haryana for seekingappropriate relief.

Accordingly, this application is granted and itis directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant inCrime No.328/2016, registered with Police StationBarwala, Distt. Hissar, for the offences punishable underSections 294,406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, the Sunil Hitech Engineers Ltd. vs.State of Haryana and antoher.odt 2/2

applicants be released on bail on each of them furnishing aP.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- together with onesolvent surety.

This order shall remain valid only till 16[th]January, 2017 and that the applicant shall co-operate withBarwala Police in making the investigation.
