As the appeal is alreadyadmitted, interim relief in terms ofprayer clause (A) which reads thus :-"This Hon'ble Court be pleased to staythe execution and operation of theimpugned judgment and award dated9.5.2003 passed by the 1st AdditionalDistrict Judge, South Goa, at Margao inLand Acquisition Case No. 16/2002", oncondition that the appellants depositthe entire amount in this Court withineight weeks from today. On such depositbeing made, to be invested in fixeddeposit in any nationalised bank and tobe renewed from time to time. It willbe open to the respondents to make application for withdrawal if so advised which will be considered on its own merits.
