1. The court service notice was issued to theApplicant which is returned unserved with a remarkthat "such person not found in the village". Thenotice was sent to the address of the revisionApplicant mentioned in the cause title which is theregistered address of the revision Applicant beforethe trial Court. The revision Applicant has notcomplied with provisions of Rule 14A of Order VI ofthe Code of Civil Procedure,1908 by supplying hiscorrect address. In view of this position, therevision Application is dismissed for nonprosecution.
