Our order dated 02.09.2003 is very clear. However, we do not want lack of communication as far as Uttaranchal Pey jal Sansadhan, Vikas Evam Niramn Nigam is concerned. Therefore we are clarifying, though not required, that all entries made by the Accepting Authority, which are down-grading entries should be ignored.
