2. By this Judge’s order Petitioner seeks to withdraw the amount invested in the name of Master Karanraj P. Kaskar. He has filed affidavit in support of the Judge’s order. He has also filed affidavit of Master Karanraj P. Kaskar, son of the petitioner. However, as the son has not completed 21
years of age, it is not possible to accept the request made in the affidavit though supported by the son. Hence rejected.
