Let the accused-applicant Sajid S/o Yameen, r/o village Bhauri Dera P.S.Jwalapur district Haridwar be released on bail in case crime no. 218 of 2002 under section 147/148/149/302/34 IPC Police station- Kotwali Roorkee district Haridwar on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of Addl.C.J.M. Roorkee.
