We have heard the learned counsel for the parties.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem itappropriate to implead M/s.Sumer Corporation, 220, CommerceHouse, Nagindas Master Road, Fort, Mumbai— 400 023, as partyrespondent. The learned counsel appearing for the developersubmits that the entire project would be completed on or before31.12.2005. We direct the developer to file an undertaking to that effect in this Court within two weeks from today.
