He makes a request to nottake action on the lapses committed while furnishing annualstatements as the mistake was not intentional. He submits thathe has recently joined. He assures to take corrective measures.

On the basis of assurance so given, annual statementssubmitted by the Official Liquidator stand filed with a direction wasnik to file fresh annual statements in accordance with the provisionsof Companies Act, 1956 read with order dated 31-1-2025passed by this Court.
