to. Motion is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. The learned counsel appearing for the State of Maharashtra states that he will furnish the copy of the report of an inquiry which has been conducted pursuant to the orders passed by this court subject to the applicant making payment of necessary costs and charges in respect thereof.
