The grievance of the petitioner is that she is working as Assistant Teacher in the institution since 1989 and despite resolution of the management committee, the respondent authorities have not accorded sanction to the resolution. The representation of the petitioner is pending.
The respondent authorities are directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of one month. With this, the petition is disposed of.
