Mr. Tamba waives notice on behalf of therespondents/caveators. We have alreadyadmitted the Appeal by separate order.In the circumstances, interim relief interms of prayer clause (a) which readsthus : - "That the operation of the impugned Judgment and Decree be stayed,pending the hearing and final disposalof the Appeal", on condition that theappellants to deposit the decretal amount in this Court within eight weeks.On such deposit being made, the amountbe invested in fixed deposit in anynationalised Bank, initially for aperiod of three years and to be renewed from time to time.
