This is an application seekingpermission of this Court to withdraw anamount of Rs.31,285/- which is lying inthis Court, being an amount in excessafter payment of compensation to therespondent no.1. Mr. Thali, the learnedcounsel appearing for the respondent no.1, states that the respondent no.1 hasreceived the entire amount ofcompensation and, therefore, this amountof Rs.31,285/- being excess, theapplicant is entitled to refund.
2. In view of this MiscellaneousCivil Applicaition is allowed. Theapplicant be refunded the amount ofRs.31,285/- plus the interest, which hasaccrued thereon.
