2. It is submitted that the order was pronounced on 13th November, 2009. However, date of the order is inadvertently typed as 12th November, 2009. The learned Counsel for the Plaintiffs does not dispute this position. In that view of the matter, the date of order be corrected as 13th November, 2009.
