1The petitioners have approached this Court assailingthe order dated 24[th] December 2018 passed by the Collector,Pune. By the said impugned order, the Collector has directedclosure of Permit Room, Beer Bar, wines and beer shops from27[th] December 2018 to 2[nd] January 20190 apprehending thelaw and order situation.

2Today, the learned AGP, on telephonic instructionsfrom Mr.Sanjay Patil, Dy. Superintendent of Police, Excise,makes a statement that the Collector has issued a fresh order 2/2 906 WP-14713-18.doc and order, now the restriction is imposed only on 1[st] January2018 when the event is to be organized in Bhima Koregaon. Inlight of the recent development, in form of the revised orderbeing issued, the counsel for the petitioner seeks leave towithdraw the petition.

Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
