1. This contempt petition has been disposed of by order dated 20th June, 1994. Inspite of undertaking the advocate for the petitioner Mr.
A.Q.Ansari has not filed Vakalatnama for the petitioner. The matter was notified on 6th March, 2006 when no appearance was made for the petitioner.
The advocate was given time to file Vakalatnama, failing which office was ordered to issue show cause notice as advocate Ansari failed to file Vakalatnama.
Office issued show cause notice which is sent to the advocate Mr. Ansari on 13th March, 2006. Inspite of that, no steps are taken to file Vakalatnama even till today. The only course open is to issue show cause notice against the Advocate Shri A.Q.Ansari calling upon to show cause as to why this court should not proceed to initiate contempt action against him for not filing Vakalatnama inspite of undertaking given in that behalf as also of recommending case for initiating action for professional misconduct to the Bar Council of Maharashtra.
2. Notice be issued to the advocate Shri A.Q.Ansari, advocate on record for petitioner on the above terms returnable on 4th April, 2006.
