1. Ms. Singh, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent no.2-Mira Bhayandar Municipal Corporation states that the regularization proposal submitted pursuant to order dated 21stNovember 2022 is not yet decided. She states that action, ifrequired, will be taken against the structure of the Petitioner-School only after the regularization proposal is decided and thesame will be taken by following due process of law.
2. In view of this statement, nothing survives in the InterimApplication and the same is disposed of, subject to above.
