Heard Mr. Samarth, learned Advocate for the applicant.By the present application, the applicant is seeking time to deposit the amount. By order dated 27.11.2009 this Court directed the applicant to deposit the amount of Rs.10,000/- on or before 15.12.2009. Mr. Samarth submitted that though the applicant was ready to deposit the amount and had been to the office to deposit the amount on 14.12.2009 but as he was not in receipt of the certified copy, the applicant could not deposit the amount.

For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, the application is allowed. The applicant to deposit the amount of Rs.10,000/- on or before 8.1.2010.

Copy of the order authenticated by P.S. may be supplied to the parties, on payment of usual copying charges, to act upon.
