Heard Sri R.S. Sammal in brief for Sri H.C. Pathak learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The prosecutrix has been found to be carrying foetus of about four months. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant submitted that at the most it could be a case of consenting party. Taking into account all the considerations the accused-applicant is admitted to bail.
The applicant-accused Ilyas shall be released in crime No. 71/2003 under sections 363, 511, 376, 452 I.P.C., P.S. Jhabrera District Haridwar on his executing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Haridwar.
