Hon’ble Irshad Hussain, J.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant-accused and the Assistant Government Advocate.

According to the prosecution, it is a dowry death case. Applicant-accused is the husband of the victim. The argument is that some miscreants entered in the house, started plundering the household articles and then murdered the victim. It is strange that no valuable property was taken away. This circumstance militate against the contention of the accused-applicant. Considering this, it is not a fit case for bail.

Reected.
