Petitioners
Distt. Asstt. Registrar Sadashya Sachiv, District Administrative Committee. Co-operative Society, U.P. Uttar Kashi Respondent Hon’ble A.A. Desai, C.J. Hon’ble P.C. Verma, J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned C.S.C.
The petitioners were appointed as Secretaries in Sadhan Sahkari Samities in District Uttar Kashi for a fixed term initially. The period was subsequently extended from time to time and after expiry of the last extended period, by order dated 4.9.1992, the petitioners were required to hand over the charge. The petitioners filed this writ petition against the order dated 4.9.92. On 22.10.1992, Allahabad High Court stayed the operation of the order dated 4.9.1992 and thereafter the petitioners are continuing.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed before this Court copy of the resolution dated 25.8.1994 by which Committee of management of the Co-operative Society has resolved to regularise the services of the petitioners.
In view of the subsequent event with which steps for regularisation of the services of the petitioners have been taken, the petition is disposed of finally as cause does not survive.
