CRLR 63 of 2001 (Old No. 1013/1987)
Hon. P.C. Verma, A.C.J.
None appeared for both the parties.
I have perused the judgment dated 20.05.1987 passed by Sessions Judge, Almora in criminal appeal No. 8 of 1987 under Section 279/337/304A I.P.C.
In my opinion, the judgment does not suffer from any irregularity and the revision, therefore, lacks merit.
In view of the above, the revision is dismissed.
