By interim order dated 22.12.2009 the petitioner was allowed tovisit the child at YMCA, Campal, Panaji between 11 a.m. to 1.30p.m. Upon instructions and consent of parties, from 1.1.2010 to9.1.2010 the said timing is changed from 11 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. to4.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. at the same place with other conditionsremaining unchanged. The application therefore disposed off on theabove terms.
