After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners, I dispose of this petition by directing the learned IInd Addl. Civil Judge (Senior Division), Dehradun to take up the Temporary Injunction Application in Civil Suit No. 649 of 2008 for final disposal on 6[th] January, 2009, the date already fixed therein, and if not possible, the following day and if not possible, thereafter on day-to-day basis.
