None is present for the petitioner. Sri M.A. Khan, learned brief holder for the State, who makes a statement at bar that as per the information received by him, after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed against the petitioner-Rayan Winland.
In view of the above statement, the writ petition has now become infructuous. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous with the observation that interim order dated 14.05.2009 passed by this Court shall continue till the charge sheet is received by the court concerned.
