Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners.

2. Order impugned in the present petition is dated 8.12.2010whereby an application for framing an additional issue filed by thepetitioners came to be dismissed. After hearing the learned Counseland on perusal of the record, I find that no interference of this Courtis called for at this stage in the impugned Order. Petitioners shall beat liberty if so advised to challenge the impugned order in case anyadverse order is passed in the appeal preferred by the petitionerbefore the District Court.

3. Subject to above liberty, the petition stands dismissed.
