Learned counsel for the respondent nos.3 and 4 state that the respondents willnot withdraw the money already depositedbut pray that the said amount beinvested in Fixed Deposit in anyNationalized Bank. This prayer seems tobe reasonable.
In the circumstances, ad interim ordergranted on 25th September, 2003, isconfirmed to continue till the disposalof the Appeal, on condition that theamount already deposited with the lowerCourt shall be invested in Fixed Depositin any Nationalized Bank, initially fora period of three years, to be renewedfrom time to time till the disposal ofthe Appeal.
