1. By an order dated 4th December, 2003, the Petitioners were directed to deposit Rs.30,000/- towards the advertisement charges to enable the Court Receiver to implement an order dated 24th September,
2002. The Petitioners have failed to do so.
2. In the circumstances, the following order is passed :-
i). Time to deposit the amount of Rs.30,000/- is extended upto 11th July, 2005.

ii). In the event of the Petitioners failing to deposit the amounts, the Court Receiver shall stand discharged forthwith without further orders.
3. The Court Receiver’s report is disposed of.
