Conclusion
WPCRL No.819/09 Hon’ble Dharam Veer, J.
None is present for the petitioner. Mr. M.A. Khan, learned brief holder for the State, who makes a statement that after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been submitted in this case against the petitioners, hence this writ petition has been rendered infructuous. In view of the above development, the writ petition is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous with the observation that interim order dated 22.09.2009 passed by this Court shall continue till the charge sheet is received by the court concerned.
