a/w. K. H. Mody i/b.

Little & co., for defendant no.1.

Mr. P.D. Kdadam i/b.

P.C. Mankad for defendant no.2.

P.C:

This is a very old matter of the year 1976.

Yesterday no one appeared on behalf of the plaintiffs and the matter was kept today, for recording evidence.

Today plaintiffs’ witness is not present in court.

Learned advocate for the plaintiffs states that the plaintiffs’ witness has gone out of Bombay due to some family problem.

This matter has been adjourned for several dates. No further adjournment can be granted for leading evidence. However, as a last chance plaintiffs are directed to keep the witness present along with all the original documents on the next date.
