Criminal Misc. Bail Application Number 1264 of 2002

Order on the Bail Application

CRIMINAL SIDE

Daulat son of Lal Gir, r/o Jogiamandi, P.S. Kotwali, Hardwar District Hardwar

……………… Applicant(s)

Versus

State of Uttaranchal. ……………….. Opposite Party.

Arising out of- Case crime no 272 of 2002, Under Section 147, 148, 307, 302, 120-B of I.P.C., P.S. Kotwali, District Hardwar By the Court Hon’ble Irshad Hussain, J.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant-accused and Additional Government Advocate.

As per the version of the F.I.R. and also the statements of the complainant, the accused-applicant is not the assailant of the victim. Considering this fact, I find it to be a fit case for bail.

Let the applicant Daulat son of Lal Gir, r/o Jogiamandi, P.S. Kotwali, Hardwar District Hardwar be released on bail in case crime no.272 of 2002, under sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302, 120-B of I.P.C., P.S. Kotwali, District Hardwar on his filing a personal bond and adequate sureties to the satisfaction of C.J.M, Hardwar.
