.The Appellate Authority shall decide and dispose ofApplications for delay condonation as well as the Appeals (if the delay Applications are allowed) i.e Appeal Nos. 53349 of 2021, 53334 of2021, 53338 of 2021, 53347 of 2021, 53335 of 2021, 53348 of 2021,53336 of 2021, 53352 of 2021, 53343 of 2021, 53339 of 2021, 53350of 2021, 53344 of 2021, 53337 of 2021, 53333 of 2021, 53342 of2021, 53332 of 2021 and 53346 of 2021, within a period of twoweeks from today.

2. Parties and their Advocates shall appear before theAppellate Authority tomorrow i.e 31.12.2021 at 11.00 a.m. and obtainnecessary directions in the matters. If the Appellate Authority is notfunctioning on 31.12.2021, then such exercise shall be carried out on03.01.2022.

3. Affidavits-in-Reply to the Applications for condonation of delayas well as Appeals be filed by 03.01.2022. In the meantime, nocoercive action shall be taken by the concerned Authorities.

4. Needless to add that the Appellate Authority shall decide theApplications / Appeals as per the provisions of law and without beinginfluenced by this order.

5. In view of the above, all the above Writ Petitions are disposedof.
