Petitioners/plaintiffs are aggrieved against the order dated21.7.2007 whereby their evidence was closed on the statement made bytheir counsel.

It is apparent from the record that on 13.12.2005 thepetitioners/plaintiffs filed a suit for declaration to the effect that theyare recorded in possession of the land measuring 11 kanals 4 marlasas per jamabandi for the year 200-2001 in the capacity of occupancytenants Bawahajaha Kast Derina since the time immemorial. In thesaid suit the defendants were proceeded ex parte. On 21.7.2007 one ofthe plaintiffs was examined and thereafter their evidence was closed.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel seekspermission to withdraw the petition.

Ordered accordingly.
