Oral judgment (Per Soni, J.)

This court in Misc. Civil Application No.225 of 1990 and allied matters has held that Industrial Tribunal is not a court subordinate to the High Court as contemplated under Section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act relying on the judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of the Alahar Co-operative Credit Service Society vs. Sham Lal, reported in 1995 (2) GLH 550. In this view of the matter, the petition is not maintainable and deserves to be dismissed.

In the result, petition is dismissed. Rule discharged.
