parties.
I perused the application. For the
reasons stated in the application, it is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) &
(b) . The civil application is disposed of.
The applicant to pay Bhatta charges in the main appeal within two weeks from today.
On receipt of Bhatta charges, issue notice to the unserved respondent/s, returnable in four weeks therefrom. If the applicant does not comply with this order, his civil application no.1069/05 and F.A.(ST) No.7196
of 2001 shall stand dismissed for
nonprosecution without further reference to the Court.
