IN THE HIGH COURT OF UTTARAKHAND AT NAINITAL

Special Appeal No. 426 of 2012

Srikant Sharma and another

………….. Appellants

Versus

Registrar of Companies having its office at 10/499 B Allenganj, Khalasi Line, Kanpur and others.

.…………. Respondents

Present: Mr. Kishore Kumar, Advocate holding brief of Mr. M.C. Pant, Advocate for the appellants.

Coram: Hon’ble Barin Ghosh, C.J.Hon’ble U.C. Dhyani, J.

BARIN GHOSH, C.J. (Oral)

A private dispute, having been highlighted by some of the members before the Registrar of Companies, we are not inclined to direct the Registrar to inquire into the same. As the appellants have alternative remedy to sort out the same by taking recourse to initiate proceedings of mismanagement, learned Single Judge has, for the selfsame reason, rejected the prayer of the appellants.

2. The appeal fails and the same is dismissed.
