Heard the learned counsel for the applicant-accused and the learned Additional Government Advocate and Sri Rajendra Singh, Advocate, counsel for the complainant.
As per the allegation of the F.I.R., Neeraj has fired shot which resulted in the fatal injury to Himanshu. Considering totality of the circumstances, in my opinion it is not a fit case for bail.
Rejected.
