It is pointed out by the learned counsel for both the parties that the grievance raised in this writ petition is the same as in writ petitions nos. 795 of 2001, 803 of 2001, 818 of 2001, 829 of 2001, 830 of 2001, 831 of 2001, 847 of 2001, 857 of 2001 and 4271 of 2001. Therefore, judgment dated 6.11.2001 passed in the above writ petitions by the Division Bench be ordered to govern this writ petition as well. As such, the petition is allowed and ordered accordingly.
