Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, who seeks permission to withdraw the petition in view of the amendment made by the State to the Goa University Act. He seeks to produce the Notification issued by the Government of Goa in that connection, which is taken on record and marked ‘X’ for identification.

2. The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with no order as to costs. Rule is discharged. Interim Order stands vacated.
