1]Heard learned counsel for parties.

2]Learned counsel for the applicant submits that at present his limited prayer is to release the applicant on temporary bail on accountof marriage of his daughter on 3[rd] January, 2021. He submits thatliberty may be granted to move for regular bail after the temporary bailperiod is over.

3]The applicant in support of his prayer has placed on recordwedding card. It is not the case of prosecution that applicant willabscond if released on temporary bail. Considering these facts andcircumstances and as there are no other criminal antecedentsfollowing order is passed :

a]Application is partly allowed.

b]Applicant be released on temporary bail till 9[th] January,2021 in C.R.No.I-572/2020 registered by Naya Nagar Police station forthe offences punishable under Section 429 read with 34 of the IndianPenal Code and Section 5(c), 9(a), 9 of Maharashtra AnimalPreservation Act, on furnishing PR Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- withone surety in the like amount.

c]The Bail shall be furnished before the concerned JudicialMagistrate.

d]After expiry of the period of temporary bail, applicant shallsurrender before the concerned authorities.

e]Liberty is granted to the applicant to move for regular bailafter his surrender.
