This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking writ of direction to command the Civil (Sr. Division), Dehradun to decide the P.A. Case No. 32 of 2001, Matber Singh versus Mohd. Yaseen within a period of two months.
Judge
The prayer is innocuous, deserves to be accepted. The Civil Judge, (Sr. Division), Dehradun is directed to decide the aforesaid case within a period of three months from the date or production of certified copy of this order.
