Heard Sri B.D.Upadhayaya, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri J.P.Joshi, learned counsel for the respondent.
This petition was filed for the grant of selection grade with the averment that the petitioner was serving in the L.T. grade and has put in more than sixteen years of service. He made representation and ultimately District Inspector of Schools by his order dated 16.07.1998 recommended the grant of selection grade to the petitioner. So far, no decision has been taken by the Joint Director of Education.
There is no dispute regarding facts and considering this the respondent authority (respondent no.3) is directed to pass appropriate order on the recommendation passed by the District Inspector of Schools within a period of one month.
The petition is finally disposed of.
