By the Court

Hon’ble Irshad Hussain, J.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant-accused and the Assistant Government Advocate.

There is also cross-version of the occurrence in which the accused are on bail. Considering the injury report of Deshraj, Mukesh Kumar and Ashok Kumar, only one injury, regarding fracture of ribs was found grievous in the case of Deshraj. Considering the two versions of the occurrence, I find it to be a case for bail.

Let the applicants (1) Attar Singh son of Sri Raiya and (2)Moola son of Nanku, both residents of village Aurangjebpur alias Amantgarh, P.S. Ranipur, District Hardwar be released on bail in case crime no.125(A) of 2002, under sections 147, 148, 149,307,323,504,506 of I.P.C., P.S. Ranipur, District Hardwar on their each filing a personal bond and adequate sureties each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Hardwar.
