Having gone through the application dated 11.12.2012 moved by the Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Dehradun, it is hereby allowed. Accordingly, Sessions Trial No. 13A/2005, State v. Satendra & Others, is transferred from the Court of Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Dehradun to the Court of Sessions Judge, Tehri Garhwal. The same shall be clubbed with Sessions Trial No. 12/2005 and 13/2005 and shall be heard together.
Office is directed to inform both the courts concerned accordingly.
