P.C.:Heard both sides.I find no substance in this application.It is not possible to concede to therequest made in the application toreduce the amount of deposit fromRs.10 lakhs to Rs.5 lakhs especiallyhaving regard to the fact that the totalamount computed by the authoritiesitself is amounting to Rs.46 lakhs andabove and the penalty amount isRs.50,21,489/-. Hence rejected.However, the only indulgence that can beshown to the applicants is to givefurther time to deposit the amount oncondition that the applicants deposit asum of Rs.5 lakhs within one week fromtoday and the balance of Rs.5 lakhs infour weeks thereafter.
