Hon’ble Irshad Hussain, J.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant-accused and the learned A.G.A.

No recovery was made from the possession of the applicant-accused. He has no criminal history. Considering this, I find it a fit case for bail.

Let the applicant Dishant son of Aslam Siddaki, resident of Mohalla Daulatbagh, Gali no. 4, P.S. Nagfani, District Moradabad be released on bail in case crime no. 629 of 2002, under section 379 of I.P.C., P.S. Kotwali Hardwar, District Hardwaron his filing a personal bond and adequate sureties to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Hardwar.
