Mr. Rajeev Bisht, Advocate for the petitioner.

Mr. M. C. Pant, Advocate for the respondent no.3 states that someone had informed him that the respondent no.3 had died and that he is also not aware as to who are heirs of respondent no.3 and that he has no instructions in the matter.

This court finds that an interim dated 19.08.1999 was passed directing the petitioner to make payment equivalent to wages last drawn wages to the workman. Consequently, let an affidavit be filed by the petitioner indicating as to whether the last drawn wages are being paid to the workman or not. List this matter after three weeks.
