J U D G M E N T
The petitioner complains that no compensation whatso ever has been paid to him towards the value of the trees cutand diminution in land value owing to drawing of electricitysupply line. Ext.P2 is the representation submitted by thepetitioner and allegedly pending with the second respondentExecutive Engineer.
2. I direct the second respondent to consider Ext.P2representation on merits after notice to the interested parties.Orders shall be passed on Ext.P2 representation within a periodof two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
