ORDER
This is an application for bail in Crime No.1434 of 2006 of AluvaPolice Station. The allegation against the accused is that he along withanother person was involved in creating forged lottery tickets. Theoffence alleged is of a very serious nature affecting the social securityof the country and further, the other accused is not apprehended. If heis released on bail even on condition, it may hamper the investigationand smooth progress of the case.
No ground exists to grant bail. This application is dismissed.
